4th of July Weekend

Two weeks until the 4th of July, and this year on a Saturday. We should have celebrations all around! We still have rooms available for that weekend, so if you are visiting the Higgins Lake, Grayling, Roscommon area, we would like to have you stay with us!

Well, we finally have summer and heat! It was such a cold spring I said I would not complain about the warmth but enjoy it fully! Father’s Day weekend we sat on the beach at Beautiful Higgins Lake and enjoyed it so much. The water was fairly warm–for those of you not familiar with Higgins, it is usually very cold as it is such a deep lake. You can walk out so far in the water and still see the nice sandy bottom. What a treasure for this area in Northern Michigan!
